I've been busily painting away on my newest artwork, and I'm very excited about it; in fact, so excited that I didn't want to wait until it was finished to share. I'm posting a thumb of the WIP below. Hopefully, it will be completely finished in the next week.

Since my last journal, I've had to completely reformat my computer. Fortunately, I had backed everything up, so no artwork was lost. My tablet now functions properly again (yaaay for updated drivers!) though I'm still having a problem with the USB ports not working. A friend came over and installed some additional ones that are working just fine. I have no idea why the originals went kaput, but I'm relieved everything is working again. Anyway, my computer is running great now, and so all in all not a bad experience.

Probably going to be doing another feature soon, though I might try for a change of pace and feature some stock images.
